Our mission: To give every young person south of the river access to hands-on technology education — building the confidence, creativity and computational thinking they need to shape their own future.
The corridor from Kwinana to Mandurah is home to thousands of families — and almost zero quality holiday coding programmes. Base Camp Code was built to fix that.
We run small, teacher-led camps where students actually build things: robots that avoid obstacles, games played between two BBC micro:bits, autonomous navigation challenges. Real projects with real outcomes.
Kwinana and Rockingham to start, expanding south toward Mandurah as we grow.
Age group 8 to 15 y.o. welcome — complete beginners to confident block-coders, all catered for.
Term 4 2026 — Saturdays 17-Oct to 5-Dec.
Total investment $300 per child — we'll send you an invoice once we receive the completed enrolment form.

Unfortunately, no tablets allowed at the moment.
We're starting in the Kwinana and Rockingham areas, with plans to expand south as the programme grows. No more driving to Joondalup or Mount Lawley for a decent coding camp.
